The five-day Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB) Trainer Certification Course prepares your designated agency staff to facilitate our nationally recognized crisis management training program. Managing Aggressive Behavior uses experiential and social learning methods to strengthen your employees' competencies related to crisis prevention and intervention. Our program prepares your organization to apply a trauma responsive, behavior support approach to working with individuals before and during a crisis as well as promoting their growth and recovery after a crisis has passed.

Housing costs are not included in the course registration fee. A block of rooms has been reserved at 17 West for those attendees who wish to stay at the venue during this training. Room rate for attendees starts at $98 per day.
