The Systematic Training to Assist in the Recovery from Trauma (S.T.A.R.T.) Training of Trainers (TOT) is an introduction to trauma responsive care for Youth Care Professionals and their supervisors based on the O.P.E.N. framework of being Observable and Transparent, Professional, Engaged, and Needs Focused. During this training of trainers, participants will learn how to facilitate this curriculum and will practice doing so in a strengths-based setting.

To receive certification, attendees must be present for the full three day training.
