This intensive, two-day Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB) utilizes a holistic approach to crisis management for residential care. Effective behavior support goes beyond passive physical restraint or strict behavior modification. This comprehensive refresher course will take participants already trained in the MAB curriculum. Foundations, as well as Prevention, Intervention, and Post-intervention strategies will be reviewed.
