December 15, 2022
Virtual Course
Event Trainers
Daniel Woodruff, B.A.
When forming relationships with youth/young adults, it is important to see and treat them as competent, capable human beings. This workshop will explore the key components of a competency-based approach to youth work and examine the power of viewing youth as resources and collaborators in our work. When youth experience competence, they feel more in control of their lives and feel more hopeful about their future.
After registering, you will receive a link to the Zoom meeting.
