ACLSA Educational Supplement Directions
These directions will help you to access a web site that will allow
you to complete an ACLSA Educational Supplement Assessment. The web site can
also help you to develop a plan and access resources to help you achieve
your education and career goals. The ACLSA Educational Supplement Assessment
can be completed once a year between October 1st and September 30th.
Chafee Youth in Care Assessment Supplement Directions
These directions will help you to access a web site that will allow
you to complete the Chafee Youth in Care Supplement Assessment. This
assessment can be used by your state to determine needs of youth in
care. The Chafee Youth in Care Assessment Supplement can be completed
one time after the age of 16.
ACT Preparation Directions
These directions will help you in registering for free, online ACT preparation
assistance.
Education Training Voucher Application
The Education Training Voucher Application should be completed prior to the deadline for the semester that you plan to begin college or technical school. Once the application is completed and returned, you will be contacted for follow up and assistance with your transition to college or technical school.
Educational Incentive
An Educational Incentive is a $25 payment that is earned, once a year, (between October 1st and September 30th) by reporting your progress in the life skill areas of career planning, and worklife.
