Over 500 youth services professionals from across the country will gather to hear about promising practices; to explore on-going collaborations and initiate new collaborations; to take advantage of cross-system networking opportunities; to promote effective solutions for working with young people; and to share strategies for involving youth and family members in the development and delivery of transition services.

Verification of 1.2 Continuing Education Units (CEU's) will be available to participants through the University of Oklahoma College of Continuing Education.
