Check Appropriate Items:

	Exhibit Booth: Includes one, six-foot skirted table and two chairs. Cost: $300 per booth – includes one conference registration fee.
	Electrical Outlet will be needed for my booth.
	Take-One Table: Provide us with your materials. We will organize and display them for you. Cost: $50 – does not include registration fee.

Cancellation: $50 of exhibit fee is non-refundable. The remainder of the fee will be refunded if written notification is received by the National Child Welfare Resource Center for Youth Development up to one week prior to the conference.
