RegistrationYou may register for the IL Forum only, OR you may register for both the IL Forum and the Pathways to Adulthood National Independent Living/Transitional Living Conference at the same time from this page. There is no registration fee for the IL Forum. There is a nominal registration fee of $225 for the National Pathways to Adulthood Conference.Deadline for Registration: Friday, May 15, 2009 Cancellation Policy: $50 of the National Pathways to Adulthood Conference registration fee is non-refundable. The remainder of the registration fee will be refunded if written notification is received by the National Resource Center for Youth Development up to one week prior to conference. How to RegisterWe offer two options for registration for the IL Forum and/or the Pathways to Adulthood National Independent Living/Transitional Living 2009 Conference. Please select the appropriate registration option below.Option One is an interactive registration form you may complete on-line and submit directly by clicking on the submit button at the bottom of the form. You may use this option if you are registering for the IL Forum only, or you are registering for both the IL Forum and the National Pathways Conference and are paying your National Pathways Conference registration fee by credit card or purchase order.
