Resources for Younger Youth

Sometimes the most difficult thing about keeping a journal, especially for children, is deciding what to write about. This remedies the problem with "thought-starters" such as "What qualities do you look for in a friend?" and "List five things that make you happy."

Until a child has made some sense of their past, they may not be able to make sense of their future. Provides children with a framework for recording their personal information and includes activities aimed at helping youth talk about what has happened to them and their hopes for the future.
