This workshop designed specifically for direct care staff, clarifies the Office of Client Advocacy’s (OCA) investigative role at Oklahoma juvenile residential facilities.  It will explain the incident reporting responsibility of agency staff and their roles before and during an investigation.  OCA procedures during an investigation will be addressed.

Webinar Objectives:

  • Understand the circumstances which require a referral to the Office of Client Advocacy.
  • Know and understand what is expected of agency staff and administration when a referral results in an OCA investigation.
